my university supervisor came to evaluate my teaching today. we chatted a little about the cooperating teacher's approach to classroom management and it came up that he's quite laid back

so i started to wonder about my expectations.
do i think i can control every little thing
manage every crisis
reach every struggling student
or keep kids from being kids?



"this is a good match" she said. "he'll help you mellow out"
