as i was tidying up my kitchen this morning, i glanced upon two fat, fabulous, heads of garlic just BEGGING me to roast and devour them. almost immediately i popped those puppies in the oven and brought them to creamy roasted goodness.
now i don't know what to do with them. i know i could pop the pulp out and refrigerate it for a day or two, but i really want to eat it.
if it was you, what would you do with some warm delicious roasted garlic?

Eat it straight. Make different pasta sauces (alfredo, pesto, garlic and olive oil, marinara, etc.) with it and freeze some of them for later use. Put in some kind of tomato or squash soup. Mix it in a pool of olive oil and dip crusty bread in it. Make garlic hummus. Put it in with roasted potatoes or make garlic mashed potatoes. Yummy yum yum.
If I ate meat, I might make some kind of meat rub with it.
Ok, now I am more than hungry.
Eat it. It is so tasty plain and worth the garlic breath. Or put it on a sliced baguette.
