The other night Aeryn and I were able to watch my friends new baby girl, Cosette. She's almost 5 weeks old now and we were the first ones to take care of her away from mom & dad! Quite an awesome deal. Aeryn was darling trying to help out and I completely understand now how kids are entrusted with a greater degree of independence when younger sibs come around. It was only a few hours and I found myself letting Aeryn do more for herself as I had my arms occupied.
I sure do love little people.
