key lime cupcakes of the gods

Yum. That's all I have to say. If you still haven't tried this recipe... do it now. It came out a few months ago, but I can be a little slow on the implementation.

I don't know if I like the cupcakes better, or the fact that it gives me a reason to use my microplane zester. I've been a little obsessed with the thing lately, which just gives my kitchen a fabulous perpetual citrus smell.
