Moab

We just spent Labor Day in Moab. It's the 20th year my family has gone and it's really strange. That first year we hiked to Delicate Arch midmorning on Saturday and were alone for a good while at the arch. Now however, our customary midnight hike finds a half dozen or so other people as well. Initially, I had the desert fever, now I think the heat and sand has taken it's toll on me. Give me a cool mountain stream and some large shade trees and I'm a happy girl. Aeryn, of course, loves anywhere as long as she can play with her cousins. Can't say I blame her, our family has some darn fun kids.

It was fun to see you girls last weekend. I love the picture of Aeryn in the rocks. Too cute.
